I sinned!

Day 5 - Saturday


Phase: Attack
Weight Loss: Didn’t get a chance to weigh myself. 

I knew the weekend was going to be a challenge and it was!!
We met up with friend on Saturday night and I did cave and had 2 glasses of dry white wine!! but then went for a meal and stuck to proteins even though carbs were everywhere, potatoes, chips and bread were on the table and I didn’t touch them...not even a chip! So I am proud of that.


Food Diary: 

Breakfast: Cinnamon pancakes

Lunch:       Beef sasauges

Main:         Fillet steak

Dessert:  nothing
 
Snacks:     0% Yogurts
 
Exercise:  20mins on the wii fit.
