The Start

Day 1 - 13th September  

Phase: Attack

Today was a bit of a rush as I woke up late, but still managed to have breakfast, I don’t have any cravings as yet but its only day 1. I do have more energy and don’t feel blotted after meals.

Food Diary: 

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs
Lunch:       Omelette with turkey ham
Starter:      Mussels in garlic & parsley
Main:         Beef in Indian style sauce
Snacks:     0% Yogurts x 2 & crab sticks.

Exercise:   none ! Hubby hasnt set up the wii fit for me!! :(
