Weight Loss: no weigh in today
We went to the cinema in the evening, before going I made my dinner so I wouldn’t feel hungry at the cinema but really found it hard not to cave in and have some crisps my favourite snack!! I fought really hard against the impulse and had a coke zero instead, hubby had salted popcorn, I am not a great fan so it didn’t tempt me.
Came home and I was starving so we had tuna omelettes and a yogurt.
Food Diary:
Breakfast: Cinnamon pancakes
Lunch: Chicken breat, chinese style. cooked on George Foreman
Main: Turkey fillet x2 in a garlic sauce made from quark, Tuna omelette.
Dessert: nothing
Snacks: 0% Yogurts
Exercise: None
